HYDRODYNAMIC CAVITATION TECHNOLOGY


Hydrodynamic cavitation can be produced by passing a liquid through a constricted channel when flow speed increased and pressure decreased. It describes the process of vaporization, bubble generation, collapse and implosion in the liquid releases tremendous localized energy in the form of shockwaves. The collapse of those bubbles has been measured at temperatures around 1,000° K and more than 5000 MPa.


Hydrodynamic cavitation technologies can be used for the following applications:

Cavitation cannabis trichomes extraction;
Cannabis trichomes, these small glands contains most of cannabinoids and terpenes. Cannabinoids like THC and CBD are most prevalent in these trichomes, which size shows around 150-500 micron meter during the first flowering.
Our cavitation mechanical cell disruption is a very intensive extraction process using bubble technology; Bubbles form – Bubble expand – Bubble collapse and implosion.

We designed our vortex cavitation which can make internal vortex flow to generate high hydrodynamic cavitation effect for cell disruption, which can useful for cannabis extraction with high cell hydrolysis to break off cannabis trichomes. Specially our dual cavitation extraction system is made with vortex cavitation and rotary cavitation for shearing, disintegration of cannabis trichomes so that it makes maximum cannabis extraction effect.
